A former Baker McKenzie lawyer who accused a firm leader of sexual assault wants a court to dismiss the firm’s defamation lawsuit against her.
Brooke Radford says Baker McKenzie is trying to silence her after she accused Maurice Bellan, the head of the firm’s DC office, of sexual assault. Baker McKenzie sued Radford in September, following a string of social media posts in which she also accused other firm leaders of covering up the situation.
