Brian P. Brooks has rejoined O’Melveny & Myers as a partner in the financial services practice group and fintech industry group, the firm said Tuesday.
Brooks served as acting US comptroller of the currency as well as a member of the board of the FDIC and a voting member of the Financial Stability Oversight Council, according to O’Melveny.
He has also been vice chairman of OneWest Bank and general counsel of Fannie Mae, O’Melveny said.
