Phyllis Young joined Eversheds Sutherland as a partner in its finance practice in Houston, the firm announced Thursday.
Young advises on secured lending, debt finance, project finance, restructuring, complex intercreditor agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactional and corporate matters. She has guided financings valued in the hundreds of millions and billions of dollars across multiple industries and assists companies and lenders through in-court and out-of-court restructurings, the firm said.
