David Kaleda joined Eversheds Sutherland as a partner in its employee benefits team in Washington, the firm announced Monday.
Kaleda’s practice focuses on advising financial services and insurance clients on ERISA Title I matters, including fiduciary issues, collective investment trusts, and retirement plan platforms. He advises on fiduciary compliance, prohibited transaction rules, and structuring alternative investment vehicles, as well as Labor Department regulations, the firm said.
