Michael Lebovitz has joined Eversheds Sutherland as a partner with the tax practice group in San Francisco, Calif., the firm said Monday.
Lebovitz provides international tax advice on joint ventures, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, post-transaction integration, international corporate finance, and capital market transactions, according to Eversheds Sutherland.
He served as co-leader of the international tax and transfer pricing team at Mayer Brown.
