Ricardo Martinez joined Eversheds Sutherland as a partner in its US finance practice in New York, the firm announced Thursday.
Martinez represents private equity funds, commercial and investment banks, Fortune 500 companies, multilateral development banks and US government agencies in project, trade and acquisition financings, asset-based and working capital facilities, and infrastructure and energy financings. He has closed transactions in most Latin American jurisdictions and has advised on matters across Europe, Asia and Africa, the firm said.
He joins from Hogan Lovells.
