Barney Smedley has joined Eversheds Sutherland as a partner, the firm said Monday.
Smedley advises financial institutions, investors, insolvency practitioners, and boards of directors on restructuring and insolvency assignments, according to Eversheds Sutherland.
He joins from DLA Piper.
