Eversheds Sutherland Adds Tsourounis as Real Estate Partner

Emanuel Tsourounis II joined Eversheds Sutherland as a partner in its real estate practice group in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Tsourounis advises on the origination, servicing, and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine loans, revolving credit facilities, preferred equity investments, and related secondary market transactions, the firm said. His lending experience encompasses permanent, bridge, and construction loans, as well as loans that are intended for securitization or to be held in portfolio.

He also handles the structuring and negotiation of joint ventures, the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets and related equity interests, and “borrower-side” financings.
