Eversheds Sutherland Adds Todd Meyers as Atlanta Finance Partner

Todd Meyers has joined Eversheds Sutherland as a partner in the finance practice group and co-head of the restructuring and insolvency team in Atlanta, the firm announced Wednesday.

Meyers focuses his practice on bankruptcy and insolvency matters and represents committees, liquidating trusts, indenture trustees, secured lenders, distressed asset buyers, and debtors in both workouts and bankruptcy proceedings, the firm said.

He also represents official creditors’ committees, indenture trustees/loan agents for defaulted debt issuances, and secured and unsecured creditors, including for matters valued in the hundreds of millions and billions of dollars, the firm said.
