Eversheds Sutherland Adds Global Corporate Investigations Partner

Negar Tekeei joined Eversheds Sutherland as a partner and global co-lead for the corporate crime & investigations practice, the firm announced Monday.

Tekeei’s practice focuses on white-collar defense and global investigations while advising clients across industries on mitigating the risks of, navigating, and responding to government investigations and enforcement actions. She has led high-profile investigations and steered complex cross-border matters, including sanctions evasion, export controls, money laundering, counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and securities fraud, the firm said.

She joins from the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
