Eversheds Sutherland Adds Dailey to US Finance Practice Group

Renée Dailey has joined Eversheds Sutherland as a partner in the US finance practice group, the firm said Monday.

Dailey focuses on US, Australian and cross-border debt finance and financial restructuring matters, advising institutional investors, according to Eversheds Sutherland.

The former Akin Gump partner also advises insurance companies on front-end investment structures, intercreditor arrangements, and workouts, Eversheds Sutherland said.
