Eversheds Sutherland Adds Corporate Partner in New York

Ed Winters has joined Eversheds Sutherland as a partner in the corporate practice group in New York.

Winters, who joins from Morrison Cohen, focuses on fund formation, representing asset managers, insurers, family offices, and fintech start ups and institutional investors, Eversheds Sutherland said.

He also worked in the global asset management industry, and was a senior in-house counsel for investment management firms in the UK.
