Robert Lamkin has joined Eversheds Sutherland’s global energy group as a partner in Washington and New York, the firm said Thursday.
Lamkin represents energy trading firms, electric power generators, renewables project developers and other energy industry entities in a range of transactions, according to Eversheds.
He advises on energy management agreements, asset management agreements and other issues related to power production and energy trading, the firm said.
Lamkin joins from McDermott Will & Emery, where he was a partner on that firm’s energy team.
