Erika Jayne, Husband Sued by Chicago Firm Over Boeing Settlement

Thomas Girardi of Los Angeles firm Girardi Keese is alleged to have embezzled the proceeds of client settlements to fund “outrageous lifestyles for himself and his soon-to-be ex-wife,” Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne, according to a civil complaint filed in federal court in Illinois Wednesday.

The underlying settlements resolved claims against the Boeing Co. for the family members of individuals killed when Lion Air Flight 610 crashed into the Java Sea in October 2018, killing the 189 individuals on board, according to plaintiff Edelson PC.
