Jenny Yu joined Epstein Becker Green as a member in its employment, labor and workforce management practice in Los Angeles, the firm announced Tuesday.
Yu focuses on wage and hour matters, class actions, and representative actions under California’s Private Attorneys General Act, as well as Fair Employment and Housing Act discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims. She also counsels employers on wage and hour compliance, leave laws, and workplace policies, the firm said.
She joins from Lewis Brisbois.
