Kimberly C. Carter has joined Epstein Becker Green as a member of the employment, labor, and workforce management practice in Los Angeles, the firm said Monday.
Carter focuses on defense strategies and providing counsel on employment law matters, according to Epstein Becker Green.
She has experience with employment claims brought by current and former employees, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations, Epstein Becker Green said.
