David Fotouhi, the former EPA acting general counsel under President Donald Trump, has returned to Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP—his former firm—as a partner in its environmental litigation and enforcement area.
Fotouhi’s practice will be centered on environmental litigation, including administrative law, regulatory challenges, enforcement defense, cost recovery actions, and mass tort litigation, Gibson Dunn said in a statement. He will also focus on agency rulemakings, adjudications, and compliance counseling.
