Entertainment Software Association Taps McCoy as General Counsel

Stan McCoy joined the Entertainment Software Association as senior vice president and general counsel, the association announced Wednesday.

McCoy will lead ESA’s legal, regulatory, and policy and intellectual property protection and security teams. He will be responsible for driving the association’s legal, regulatory, policy, compliance, enforcement, litigation, and contractual work, the association said.

He joins from the Motion Picture Association, where he was president and managing director of the MPA EMEA region.
