Energy Partners CEO’s Suit Against Booz Allen Can Move Forward

Energy Transfer Partners LP CEO and Chairman Kelcy Warren can continue his suit against contractor Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. over data leaks of his tax information, the US District Court for the District of Maryland said.

The court declined to dismiss two causes of action Warren brought against Booz Allen: violation of confidentiality and disclosure of return information under IRC Section 6103, and invasion of privacy. But the court did dismiss a charge alleging negligent supervision.
