Edwin Coe Grows with Addition of Morag Ofili as a Tax Partner

Morag Ofili joined Edwin Coe as a partner with their tax team in London, the firm said Thursday.

Ofili will support the tax team with the anticipated dispute workload brought on by changes in tax policies following the UK’s newly elected labour government, according to the firm.

Her practice includes tribunal litigation and cross-border tax investigations, trust and estate disputes, fraud, judicial review and professional negligence claims. She also advises clients—predominantly in sports, film and entertainment—on their business interests and any possible tax risks when structuring their affairs around the world, Edwin Coe said.
