Eckert Seamans Adds Posavetz as Commercial Litigation Member

Michael Posavetz rejoined Eckert Seamans as a member in its commercial litigation practice group in Princeton, N.J., the firm announced Monday.

Posavetz represents organizations of all sizes throughout the litigation process. He focuses on business disputes, construction litigation, and general liability matters. Posavetz also provides counsel to business entities regarding contract negotiations, shareholder disputes, employment issues, consumer fraud, product liability, and trademark infringement, the firm said.

He joins from Foley Mansfield.
