Eckert Seamans Adds Noland Cheung as an IP Member in Pittsburgh

Noland Cheung has joined Eckert Seamans as a member of the intellectual property practice in the Pittsburgh office, the firm said Thursday.

Cheung focuses on IP protection and enforcement, including patent, trademark, and copyright law, and assists clients with strategies focused on using IP rights to help achieve business goals, according to the firm.

He also counsels on procuring patents, e-commerce, and social media implementation, as well as due diligence projects for clients merging or investing in companies with significant IP portfolios, the firm said.
