Lawrence J. Finnell has joined Eckert Seamans as a member in the employee benefits and executive compensation practice group in Newark, N.J., the firm said Tuesday.
Finnell advises clients on employee benefits issues that invovle establishment, operation, administration, fiduciary aspects, and corporate governance matters related to tax-qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and executive compensation arrangements, according to Eckert Seamans.
He also counsels clients on the benefits aspects of plan mergers, freezes, spinoffs, and terminations, said the firm.
