Dykema Hires Matthew Pepping to Bolster Insurance Industry Group

Matthew Pepping has joined Dykema Gossett as a member of the firm’s insurance industry group in its San Antonio office, the firm said Thursday.

Pepping focuses his practice on complex civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on insurance coverage, business disputes, and professional liability, according to the firm.

Pepping, who was joined by two senior counsel in the move, represents domestic and foreign insurers in complex coverage disputes arising out of directors and officers, management liability, professional liability, pollution liability, cyber risks, commercial general liability, and excess insurance coverage, the firm said.
