Michael Word has joined Dykema Gossett as a member of the intellectual property department in Chicago, the firm said Thursday.
Word, whose dispute resolution matters cover complex technologies, has handled more than 40 federal district court patent litigation matters and International Trade Commission investigations, and more than 20 proceedings at the Patent Trials and Appeals Board, according to Dykema.
He practiced at Mayer Brown in Chicago and New York.
