Joe Walsh joined Duane Morris as a trial partner in its Houston and New York offices, the firm announced Monday.
Walsh will advise on matters related to environmental, regulatory, commercial, real estate divestment, operational and manufacturing, emergency response, claims and litigation, and global business services, the firm said.
He joins from Exxon Mobil Corporation, where he was assistant general counsel.
