Duane Morris Taps Gregory Newmark as Environmental Trial Partner

Gregory Newmark joined Duane Morris as a partner in its trial practice group in Los Angeles, the firm announced Monday.

Newmark represents public and private entity clients in litigation and compliance matters regarding water quality, water rights, water rates, environmental contamination, inverse condemnation, and brownfields. He has extensive litigation experience, including complex multiparty disputes, and represents clients in environmental and land use matters, the firm said.

Viviana Heger joined as special counsel. They join from Meyers Nave.
