Garth Hire joined Duane Morris as a partner in its trial practice group in San Francisco, the firm announced Monday.
Hire has worked with cases involving securities and investment fraud, insider trading, financial institution failure, bank and wire fraud, corporate insider honest services fraud, criminal trade secret theft, government program fraud, and cryptocurrency money laundering, the firm said.
He joins from the US attorney’s office for the Northern and Central Districts of California, where he served was an assistant United States attorney.
