Jennifer Polovetsky has joined Duane Morris as a partner in its real estate practice group in New York, the firm said Wednesday.
Polovetsky has litigation and transactional real estate experience with a focus in eminent domain law, according to Duane Morris. She also represents clients in transactional real estate matters, particularly those involving commercial real properties.
She previously served as chair of the eminent domain practice at Herrick Feinstein, said the firm.
