Katherine Celeste Speegle joined Duane Morris as a partner in its trial practice group in New York and Washington, DC, the firm announced Monday.
Speegle joins from the Justice Department’s antitrust division, where she led the transportation, energy and agriculture section. She supervised a large team of attorneys, litigated numerous antitrust trials, and oversaw many investigations across multiple industries, the firm said.
