Eric Boden joined Duane Morris as a partner in its trial practice group in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Boden has worked on cases involving health-care fraud, bank fraud, securities fraud, complex financial fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, cybercrime, political corruption, government program fraud, narcotics trafficking, and violent crimes cases, the firm said.
He joins from the US attorney’s office for the District of New Jersey, where he was an assistant United States attorney.
