Daniel Milian joined Duane Morris as a partner in its trial practice group in Miami, the firm announced Wednesday.
Milian practices commercial civil litigation, with a focus on general commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and business litigation. He represents clients in partnership disputes, breach of contract cases, landlord-tenant disputes, foreclosures, quiet title actions, and injunctions, the firm said.
He joins from Fowler White Burnett.
