Duane Morris Hires Bracewell IP Partner Chin in Washington DC

Brad Y. Chin joined Duane Morris as a partner in its intellectual property practice group in Washington, D.C., the firm announced Wednesday.

Chin is a registered patent attorney who counsels and represents clients concentrated in the energy and high-tech industries. His practice focuses on patent and trademark procurement and enforcement, licensing and technology transfer, invalidity opinions, post-grant review proceedings, and corporate due diligence, the firm said.

He joins from Bracewell LLP.
