Jacqueline A. Brooks has joined Duane Morris as a partner in the corporate practice group in Baltimore, Md., the firm said Wednesday.
Brooks, who was a partner at Saul Ewing, will serve as chair of the newly-established REIT division within the corporate practice, according to Duane Morris.
She focuses on business and commercial law, providing counsel on mergers and acquisitions, private offerings of debt and equity securities, corporate and REIT governance, and shareholder derivative and dispute matters, Duane Morris said.
