Jamie Gross joined Duane Morris as a partner in its employment, labor, benefits and immigration practice group in San Diego, the firm announced Monday.
Gross advises local, regional and national employers and companies in a broad range of employment-related issues and is a litigator who handles complex litigation throughout California. She defends employers against individual and representative claims in state and federal courts and maintains a practice defending clients against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and breach of contract, the firm said.
She joins from Fisher Phillips.
