Nahi El Hachem joined Duane Morris as a partner in its trial practice group in London, the firm announced Monday.
El Hachem is triple-qualified to practice in England and Wales, New York and Lebanon and represents clients in investment and commercial arbitrations under various rules in common and civil law jurisdictions. He advises clients in the construction, oil and gas, and financial services industries and has experience in M&A disputes, the firm said.
He joins from Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
