Terry R. Weiss and Stefanie M. Wayco have joined Duane Morris as partners in the trial practice group in Atlanta, Ga., the firm said Wednesday.
Weiss represents securities industry clients in regulatory and enforcement matters, as well as internal investigations, civil litigation, and arbitrations, according to Daune Morris.
Wayco represents financial services firms, investment advisers, and clearing firms in arbitrations, civil litigation, and internal investigations, said the firm.
The pair previously served as shareholders at Maynard Nexsen.
