David Contreiras Tyler joined Duane Morris as a partner in its corporate practice group in New York, the firm announced Thursday.
Tyler advises issuers, project sponsors, underwriters, initial purchasers, placement agents and investors on public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, with a focus on capital markets and securitization transactions originating in Latin America. He structures and advises on financing solutions for corporate, sovereign, multilateral development and financial institution clients, the firm said.
He joins from Womble Bond Dickinson, according to his LinkedIn profile.
