Duane Morris Adds Gibson Dunn’s Rokosky to New York Trial Team

Seth Rokosky joined Duane Morris as a partner in its trial practice group in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Rokosky litigates commercial litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts. He has conducted 30 oral arguments and filed more than 90 appellate briefs in state and federal court, including the US Supreme Court and New York Court of Appeals, the firm said.

He joins from Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
