James Billingsley has joined Duane Morris as a partner in the business reorganization and financial restructuring practice group in the Dallas office, the firm said Monday.
Billingsley, who was a senior partner at Polsinelli PC, handles complex business and bankruptcy matters, commercial disputes, asset acquisitions, and financial services matters, according to Duane Morris.
He also has experience representing commercial landlords and other property owners in real estate litigation, bankruptcy, and leasehold matters, said the firm.
