Nicole Stanton has joined Dorsey & Whitney as a partner in Phoenix, the firm said Wednesday.
Prior to joining the firm, Stanton served as vice president and general counsel for Trulieve Cannabis Corp.
She has experience overseeing securities compliance, labor and employment disputes, regulatory compliance, business transactions, and mergers and acquisitions, according to Dorsey & Whitney.
