Michael Fritz has joined Dorsey & Whitney as a partner in the real estate group in Phoenix, the firm said Thursday.
Fritz, who joins from Clark Hill, focuses his practice on commercial real estate and capital market transactions in addition to general corporate counseling, according to Dorsey & Whitney.
He advises clients in relation to their high-value commercial real estate and corporate transactions, said the firm.
