The Phoenix office of Dorsey & Whitney added Dawn Meidinger as regulatory partner, C.W. Ross as mergers and acquisition partner, and Norm James as of counsel in its regulatory affairs group, the firm announced Thursday.
Meidinger focuses her practice on mine permitting and development, the firm said. Ross focuses on mining and manufacturing, technology, agriculture mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions. Dorsey is an environmental and public lands litigator. His practice stretches across the western United States, with several large cases in Alaska.
All three attorneys join from Fennemore.
