Greg Collins has joined Dorsey & Whitney as a partner in the commercial litigation group in Phoenix, the firm said Wednesday.
Collins focuses on intellectual property litigation, trade secret and breach of contract cases, and corporate governance litigation, according to Dorsey.
He led the intellectual property practice at Kercsmar, Collins & O’Hara, Dorsey said.
