Chelsea Hilliard joined Dorsey & Whitney as a partner in its commercial litigation group in Dallas, the firm announced Wednesday.
Hilliard, who joins from McGuireWoods, represents clients in the financial services and investment management sectors in high-stakes commercial litigation, regulatory enforcement, and corporate governance matters. Her practice includes business litigation, securities and shareholder derivative litigation, securities class actions, internal investigations, and enforcement matters involving federal agencies, the firm said.
