DoorDash Taps New Legal Chief Amid Battle Over Driver Status (1)

DoorDash Inc. is promoting its vice president of legal Tia Sherringham to general counsel as the company continues to face legal battles over its classification of drivers as contractors.

Keith Yandell, DoorDash’s previous legal department head and chief business and legal officer, will transition to chief business officer, according to the company.
