John Liolos returned to Sullivan & Cromwell as a partner in its litigation and criminal defense & investigation groups in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Liolos returns from the Justice Department, where he worked for more than five years in the criminal division’s fraud section. Previously an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell, he focuses on complex regulatory and enforcement matters, often working with government regulators.
