Veteran Justice Department lawyer Colin Huntley joined Akin LLP as a partner in its regulatory practice in Washington, DC, the firm announced Wednesday.
Huntley most recently served as deputy director of DOJ’s civil fraud section, where he led nationwide False Claims Act enforcement and supervised more than 125 attorneys investigating complex civil fraud matters. He served as lead counsel on more than 100 affirmative civil enforcement cases, the firm said.
