Mark Hamer rejoined Baker McKenzie after nearly a year helping lead the Justice Department’s antitrust division, the firm said Monday.
Hamer, who joined DOJ as deputy assistant attorney general in March 2025, will work as a partner in Baker McKenzie’s Washington, DC, office. He led the department’s civil antitrust enforcement program and supervised the largest civil antitrust litigation portfolio in DOJ’s history, according to the firm.
