WilmerHale recruited former Justice Department antitrust lawyer Ryan Danks to its antitrust and competition group in Washington, DC, the firm announced Monday.
Danks spent two decades at DOJ, where he led civil enforcement for the antitrust division before leaving in December. He will advise clients on merger strategy and defense, government investigations, civil and criminal antitrust enforcement, compliance, and litigation, the firm said.
